Original Artworks

• All original pieces are carefully packaged and shipped directly by me.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase.

• I use strong protective packaging and trusted couriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

Prints & Framed Works

• Prints and framed artworks are fulfilled by my trusted partner, Fantastic Framing.

• Each item is made to order, with production and packaging taking around 10–14 business days before dispatch.

• Free shipping within Australia is included on all print and framed orders.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location, and a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

General Information

• Please allow extra time for shipping during peak periods, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays.

• All shipments include tracking, and higher-value items may require a signature on delivery.

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 72 hours with photos of the item and packaging so I can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
